Our next paper is a multi-genre paper. I think that it will be very enjoyable to write a paper with multiple genres included within it. I have never had an assignment to write such as this type of a project, so I find it very interesting. I have decided to use the topic of the seasons for my subject to write about. I think I can out together a very good paper in using that subject. It will give many different perspectives of the same topic. I find this very interesting!

Getting Busy!

With the semester proceeding I feel as if my work load is becoming harder and harder! I have to worry about tests frequently; as soon as I finish studying for one test I have to move to the next one! Papers are likewise as frequently assigned! Christmas is coming up soon, and I will have to worry about Christmas shopping soon! Before Christmas would be Thanksgiving, and my family needs to plan out our day for that Holiday. We are thinking about purchasing our plane tickets to go to Germany for this coming summer now, so we have to plan an accurate date to buy the tickets for. My brother's birthday is in 10 days. Oh, and did I mention that my "check engine" light is on in my car??
Time to work on my report now!

Group Work for Research Paper

I am very happy with the way our group work has been progressing for this week. We we able to choose our own groups for this project which helps me to be in a group of people that I work well with. We have decided to all post different information that we can find in writing on our Wiki pages, and in class on Monday we can all work together to make the information flow and be correctly arranged. I have enjoyed group work for this week, and I believe that all-in-all our group will be very productive!

Mustang

Okay, so I have always had this enormous love for Mustangs. I love the new body style from 2006 and up. Well, every single day that I come to school, I see people driving Mustangs everywhere! It is killing me! I know absolutely NOTHING about cars, and most of the time if someone names a car then I have absolutely no idea what it is. However, when it comes to Mustangs, I have my dream Mustang almost down to a "T." I want it to be black and i want it to say "Mustang" along the bottom on the sides in white decal. I want chrome in the grill and I want the exhausts to be chrome. I want it to have a body kit so that it looks super low to the ground. I want the windows tinted to about 5%. The rims will be Anodized hot pink, and it will nave hot pink neons on the inside and under it. It will be a Shelby Mustang GT, so clearly it will definitely have the hood scoop. For the interior, I do not want leather; I want it to be fabric and I want it to have "Mustang" written all over it. I also would like to have the gills on the side quarter windows also. Just typing about it makes me picture it!

First Tattoo

Lets start out by saying that I have this insanely exaggerated fear of needles. When i had to get two shots to start my college year, here at BSU, I passed out right afterwards. It's not necessarily painful although it's not a feeling that I enjoy, but I am just terrified of them. Maybe it's the fear of it hurting, maybe it is just knowing the fact that something is about to be stabbed into my body, or maybe it is a reason that is unknown to me. No matter what the cause is-I am still terrified of them. Well about two years ago, my father passed away. It was a very painful time for my family and I, and it still is. In memory of him I decided to grow the courage to get a tattoo. It is writing in cursive: "Halte mir einen Platz im Himmel frei J.W.H" which is German meaning: "Save me a place in Heaven" and my father's initials. It means a lot to me, and my brother is also getting the same phrase tattooed on himself. The difference being that mine is on the back of my shoulder and his will be on his entire back and much larger.
But in conclusion-anyone deciding to get a tattoo. It is NOT bad at all. Honestly, I am such a baby when it comes to pain and needles, but this was honestly not painful at all. Before I was in the process of getting the tattoo, I felt like I was going to faint/pass out. No, none of those things happened. Even as he was drawing the tattoo out for me I felt as if I was really thirsty because I was getting lightheaded. BUT, It was not painful at all. Finally something to mark off of my bucket list!

Animal Abuse

I absolutely HATE driving or walking down the street and seeing an animal attached to a chain 24-7. It seems such a common occurance that people buy animals only to put them on chains and keep them in their yard. Exactly what kind of life is that? Disturbing if you ask me. Nobody wants to see you openly abusing your animal. How logn do most dogs live? About 10 years or so, correct? That would be one eventful life! Oh there goes a car; there goes a squirrel; a cat; a leaf; the same squirrel. Even typing that out is quite boring. 10 years or MORE of that would be excruciating! It is extremely appalling to know that the dog that is always attached to the same chain could be out playing with a young child or sitting with a happy owner in a warm house rather than enduring extreme heat and cold temperatures. If you can not take care of your pet-don't adopt it! It's pittiful and disgusting in all levels.

Florida

It's beginning to get chilly during the mornings, and often the cold has even been lasting throughout the day. It makes me miss the Florida weather and atmosphere. The beach is so beautiful that it is almost irresistible to stay at it for days. It's so simple to lay on your beach towel while watching the beautiful waves constantly moving as if calling you towards them. The wind also is moving quickly, always keeping you at a perfect temperature despite the hot sun beating down on your back. The combination of the wind and the waves makes a loud but soothing noise. Their sound almost blocks out the sound of the people playing volleyball and the music playing from the nearby outside diner/bar right off the coast of the ocean. You look towards your left and towards your right, and you can see the tiny crabs popping their beady eyes from their holes in the sand and the seagulls nose-diving for the water as if they are committing suicide. After giving in to the call of the ocean you squish your toes in the soft soothing sand and the waves swish over your feet. Even though it is such an enormous body of water, it is the perfect temperature. You smile to yourself; nature has its own way of creating something so peaceful and real that no man-made place could ever live up to.
I miss it.
